THE BOROUGH OF EVANS CITY
BUTLER COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
AN ORDINANCE TO INCUR LEASE RENTAL DEBT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,343,958 FOR THE EVANS CITY WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY (“ECWSA”) TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PUBLIC SEWER FACILITIES IN THE BOROUGH OF CALLERY. THE LOAN OBTAINED BY ECWSA VIA THE PENNSYLVANIA INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT AUTHORITY (“PENNVEST”) WILL BE CO-SIGNED BY EVANS CITY BOROUGH.
The Evans City Borough council will hold a public hearing before its regular council meeting on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. and consider adoption of a pending ordinance. The hearing will be held in the Community Room at 204 B South Jackson St., Evans City, PA 16033. The Proposed Ordinance 2025-03 will be pending as of the date of the advertisement. The proposed ordinance may be examined Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the Evans City Borough office and on our website at www.evanscity.us. A copy of the proposed ordinance shall also be provided to the Butler Eagle, and an attested copy of the proposed ordinance shall also be on file at the Butler County Law Library.
