Sign Rental Rates
- Evans City Zoned Residents: $30/week
- Evans City Zoned Non-Profit Organizations: $15/week
- Non-Residents: $60/week
- Non-Resident Non-Profit Organizations: $40/week
Reservations are sold in consecutive seven-day increments. The rental fee includes one slide/image in the sign’s rotating display. Multiple community messages may be displayed during the same period.
EDCO Park renovated the community sign in Spring 2026 in partnership with the Evans City Library, Harmony-Evans City VFW, Evans City Lions Club, and the Evans City Events Committee. Community Sign Partners receive priority when scheduling messages.
EDCO Park may temporarily interrupt scheduled messages for Park and Pool announcements, weather updates, schedule changes, special events, operational needs, Borough emergency notifications, or public safety messages.

Event Permit
The special event permit must be submitted to the borough 45 days before the requested event.
