Evans City’s Main Street was filled with a sense of unity and seasonal cheer on Christmas Eve, as the annual luminaries tradition celebrated its 27th year. Approximately 1,000 luminaries cast a distinctive glow along Main Street from the local school to the site of the former St. John’s United Church of Christ.
The tradition, celebrated every Christmas Eve around dusk, attracts residents and visitors for a luminous holiday experience.
Thank you to all of the volunteers who helped continue the tradition for another year.
