Salvation Army Ringing of the Bell

It is that time of year again when the Salvation Army is out ringing the bell for donations to our less fortunate residents. With the many concerns of the pandemic, supply and staff issues, inflation, and finding the job you want. Please donate to the cause of helping others.

What you need to know:

A). When donations are given in the red buckets in town 85% of those donations stay in our catchment area.

B). When donations are mailed to the Salvation Army proper only 15% of the donations to our area are received.

C). Bell ringing this year is being done by the Evans City Lions, each weekend in December. They are constantly moving from

business to business to highlight for folks to buy local. Please keep a look out for them this month. Again they are only out on

weekends.

D). There is a bucket located at the borough office for donations throughout the week while the office is open (Mon-Thurs, 8-4)

Let’s make 2021 the Best Year Yet, Evans City!!
