Special Events Permit
No parade or public gathering shall be conducted by any person upon any street, park, or other public place in the Borough of Evans City without first obtaining a Special Event Permit from the Borough Council. A Special Event Permit is not required if an event is held on private property. The Special Event Permit Application shall be submitted to the Borough Secretary no fewer than 45 days in advance of the proposed event date.
Submit the completed application by filling out the form below or printing a hard copy and delivering it to the Borough Secretary by sending it via email to ecboro@evanscity.us or in person at 204 B South Jackson Street.
