A colorful reptile named “Splash the Rock Snake” has made an appearance at the EDCO Park swimming pool in Evans City. This vibrant addition can be found near the pool’s perennial garden, enhancing its beauty. The idea for the rock snake came from examples seen on Facebook, prompting pool officials, led by Ronny Royhab, to organize an event where kindness messages were painted on rocks.
