Annual Stormwater Informational Session

Please join the Evans City Borough Council for our annual 1-hour stormwater informational session on Monday, April 7th at 6:00pm (ahead of the regular monthly Council meeting). Engineering firm Herbert, Rowland, and Grubic (HRG) will discuss the requirements of the Borough’s existing stormwater permit, as well as upcoming changes to Pennsylvania’s stormwater regulations. In addition, Borough Council’s stormwater committee will present information – and answer questions – related to our participation in the recently created Southwest Butler Stormwater Authority. We will also utilize the session to briefly address pending 2025 stormwater-related construction projects: 1) Martin Alley storm sewer replacement (Spring 2025) and 2) Harrison Street Bridge replacement (Fall 2025).
